Vegas!!!

This past weekend we went to Vegas with Josh and Stacey Turrell. We had a GREAT time and it was so awesome to get away for 4 days. It was a little hard leaving the boys for the 1st time for more than a night. The boys split time between Papa and Memi's and Nana and Papa's house and had a blast.
The first night we got there we stayed on the strip at New York New York, since this was my first time to Vegas it was great to walk around and see everything.

Me and Stacey
It didn't take us long to get up that next morning and get checked into the Trendwest Resort off the strip. It was a nice two bedroom, full kitchen, family room, and private deck with a BBQ. We spent the days down at the lazy river, and working on our tans.

This is the life, floating all day, staying cool in the water. My beverage of choice, water or diet ruby sierra mist :)

We stayed in and cooked most of our meals, which was nice.

We got a TON of pictures on this trip, we have more pictures together from this trip than we have since we have gotten married 5 years ago.

The fab 4, 2nd night out

3rd night out, you can see my baby bump in this picture :) 16 weeks!

The famous fountain show, I have to credit Stacey for taking the picture at this perfect moment :)

We had such a great time with Josh and Stacey, we look forward to many more fun trips with them in the future!

Even though we were stuffed from dinner, we couldn't resist to try out Serendipity, a famous dessert place. They are known for their frozen hot chocolates, it was SO GOOD!

Don't focus too much on the background of this picture....

Chris posing with the pirates

Shoeless Josh, he broke his ONLY pair of sandals on the strip the night before. His foot was a little bruised and had to live up to many jokes, we finally found another Abercrombie so he could get another pair :)

Great picture!

By our 4th night, we really didn't take many more pictures, but we had a blast going to Carrot Top! We had 2nd row seats, and were laughing for 90 minutes straight!

Before Carrot Top we ate at Margaritaville right on the strip.

Monday night I was very excited to come home and see the boys, but I was glad to get away. Time to get back to reality :)
