Boys Boys Boys

First bath with all 3 together, Nana had to help to pull this off :)
Each of these boys brings such a different personality and joy to our family! It is fun to see them change and grow and each day is such an adventure. Some of the newest happenings...

CREW: He is my helper. Whether it be grabbing a diaper, wipes, or throwing something away. He loves to help me with Kyler and is genuinely nice to him, and gets right in his face. After changing his diaper with Crew's help I went and heated up his bottle, I thought I was comfortable leaving Crew right next to Kyler, but when I came back Kyler was in Crew's arms and Crew was bouncing him up and down. Oh my!!! Freaked me out! Crew is super strong and I shouldn't have known that when he picked up two eight pound weights and did shoulder presses without a fight. His other helpful skills include picking up and moving Brody out of places he is not suppose to be, this can be pretty funny, but Brody lets him do it! He is starting to tell Brody what to do now, gotta love a big brother!

BRODY: He is getting so good and saying please and thank you and repeating most things. He is also following Crew's good helper skills and throwing things away in the garbage, problem is, he is throwing everything in the garbage! I found a sippy cup in there today... He is my tech boy, I know most kids LOVE cell phones etc, but Brody is beyond the norm. This kid lives and dies whether or not he has my phone. He doesn't like old ones either, tried many of those, even if we keep them charged. He will cry for over 30+ minutes for his "nen one" (phone). There is nothing that makes this kid happier, honestly I have contemplated on getting him a phone on our plan, the kid is crazy about it. But really what 1 1/2 year old has a cell phone plan? That is a joke. With my phone many of you get regular phone calls and texts, and if I wasn't so desperate to keep him entertained at times where it is hard with Kyler I could be more strict. Brody also instigates a lot with Crew, Crew was playing nice the other day and Brody just went behind him and kicked at Crew's legs and ran away... Boys. They are quite the dynamtic duo!

KYLER: He gets his own post (see below) :)

Boys are so great!

Ky Kys

Kyler is not a huge fan of tummy time, but his brothers weren't either so that is no surprise to me! He actually will tolerate longer than they did though, but he likes to just suck on the pillow!
We are getting a lot of sweet smiles out of him
This picture reminds me of one of Crew, although I think he looks more like Chris.... He loves to open his mouth big and give us big smiles and coos. I love it!
Tough guy...Starting to fill out some more!

Don't let these sweet pictures fool you... :) Kyler is getting better having some happy awake time, but he is still needing to be held almost all the time, and rarely naps for more than 10 minutes. But he is our precious Ky Kys and we are being very patient for him to get out of this very demanding fussy stage.
We can barely get out of the house, he doesn't travel well :) Screams the whole time in the car, so really the only places we can go are to our parents house because he needs his ball and other things to be calmed very easily. It is hard because what would be a quick errand to run is not, and so we are mostly home bound because we can't go anywhere with screamer.
I am really looking forward to an evening away for dinner or something fun, but right now we can't leave him with anyone because he crys. He really loves his mama, and I really can't blame him (ha), but it will be nice when he loves his grandparents who want to be able to help us out every once in awhile too.
Kyler is sleeping in his car seat at nights and will go for one 4 hour stretch so that is awesome! I love my baby, he just likes to let us know that being the 3rd boy he isn't just going to be the same as the others. :)

Christmas Day at Price's

Christmas morning started out with a bang when I got up and realized Crew had opened all the presents that were under the tree that we were going to take to Papa and Memi's house. I guess he got a little use to opening presents, I was not happy! With Chris working all day the last couple days it is really hard for me to get everything ready by myself and get the troops out of the house in time! So I had to re wrap the gifts and by 3:00 we were ready to head, not bad 6 hours to get everything ready to go! Kyler needed to be held most of the morning so that didn't help matters :)
Memi taking advantage of some Kyler time which seems to be very rare, and he was very happy!
Uncle Cole and Brodes. Brody wanted to sit in that hoop the whole night, he was not too happy when we made him get out!
Brody and his papa, he loves him!
Brody was not very happy because Grandma Gloria did not get his toy out fast enough :(
Cole thought it was wise to get Crew this automatic nerf gun, all I can say is PAYBACKS!!
Becca helping Brodes open his presents
Papa got his own toy, a duck hunting game :)
A bop bag, just what we need, another target :)
Cole and Becca got the boys these transformer helmets that talk and alter your voice, very cool!
What a handsome dude!
Cheese!
Crew needed a little "timeout" and outside in his underwear made him realize that maybe he needed to chill out a little bit. He is one WILD boy!
I had gotten a few pictures of Grandma Gloria with Kyler, they turned out so cute!

We had such a nice evening, we all got so spoiled! They got a lot of gifts some of the things that stick out right now is the Fisher Price 3 in 1 Sports Video games system (like a kids wii that plays learning games with sports), trucks, balls, clothes, and some learning games/toys. It is so nice to have families that we enjoy spending time with. Thanks Papa, Memi, Cole, Becca, and Grandma Gloria we love you!

Christmas Eve with the Roberts

Kyler's first picture with Uncle Jeff and Aunt Rae Rae
Jeff is not too sure about the infant stage and it freaks him out a bit! Kyler is so strong that he actually almost (very close call) jumped out of Jeff's arms, so here is Jeff freaking out after he gained control again... :)
Taking advantage of some good awake time
Brodes and Jeff
Aunt Duece is back in town for a month
Brothers :)
Kakie joined us too
Papa and Brodes, Brodes loves his Papa!
Crew and Brody each got these Tonka remote control cars
Brody loves his woody doll with the pull string
Crew and Brody basically shared opening everything and wanting each others gifts
Chris taking his turn with Kyler :)
A tool bench, COOL!!!! With lots of motorized tools!
What can I fix now?
My little techy was so happy to have his own "pooter", and barely put that thing down all night!
He loves anything that has buttons that he can turn off and on and makes sounds.
Figuring out the remote control cars
Nana and Kyler and Brody
Surprisingly we got the group shot, Nana got gotten them these matching shirts when Kyler was born.
Kyler in his soccer bean bag chair
It has become a tradition that we play boys verses girls in Guesstures this game where you act out what the card says before it drops. Crew had been watching intently for a long time and then he said it was his turn. Without prompting him he put his cards in and just started acting out lion, making the roar sound and using his hands. Then he grabbed the card and kept doing this funny things. It was hilarious.
He kept wanting more and more turns so we were giving him ideas on things he could act out, he was pretty entertaining!

Thanks Nana, Papa, Jeff, Rae, Duece for a nice evening! Thanks for the nice gifts!! We love you and are so thankful to have you in our lives!

"Christmas Morning"

I probably made record time getting ready for gifts this holiday season since I couldn't really leave to do much shopping out of the house, I bought almost everything online! Brodes and I did make ONE trip to the mall for only 2 hours! I do not want to make a habit of this, I love being able to shop, and I can't wait to go shopping again soon :)
This year Chris worked Christmas day and Christmas Eve day so we decided to have our Christmas morning on Wednesday. It worked out great, and since Crew actually was all pumped up for Santa come he was so excited to wake up to presents under the tree!

Crew really had a lot fun getting into the season this year and asked way more questions and made a lot of funny assumptions! Him and Brody both loved watching Super Sleuth Christmas (Tiger and Pooh) and Mickey's Twice Upon a Christmas. Crew was obsessed with talking about how Santa was going to come out of our "smoker" (chimney) and I even caught him hitting the gas fireplace glass trying to break it to make room for Santa. He even asked if the presents would have feet to be able to walk to the tree. Crew would go over to some one's house and check out the chimney just to see where Santa would be coming to at there house. He was also extra cooperative when it came to picking up his toys every night in fear that Santa Clause would trip over his toys and wouldn't bring presents :)
Brody wasn't really into wanting to smile for any pictures, and really didn't care too much about opening, he just wanted to take whatever Crew had once it was opened!
Brody got a Handy Manny doll with tools
Text and Learn, hopefully he can figure this one out!
Lots of hot wheels and motorcycles

Oh Brodes!
I think this was one of Crew's favorite presents a pair of scissors! He has been using them in preschool and has been asking to use them everyday!
Gator golf, aka a weapon stick

Bath time!

There is NO personal space when it comes to bath time with these monkeys, it can get pretty crazy!
Overall we had a great "Christmas Morning" and with Chris' shift work schedule we just have to learn to celebrate when it works for us. The boys got some nice gifts and had fun playing with all of their new toys. Chris even surprised me with some really nice white gold diamond earrings, so pretty! Looking forward to celebrating with our families the next two days! Happy Birthday Jesus!!! (again!)
