Ski to Sea

A group of us met at Courtney and Shane's new house and took a 10 minute "hike" down to the river to watch the canoe portion of the Ski to Sea Race. We had a great time and will definitley have to make this an annual event. For more info on the Ski to Sea click here
Taking the 4 wheeler down to the river
Kyle and Michelle leading the way
The Claey's girls and Crew

There were about 5 lab dogs down there making for lots of entertainment as well
The Price boys scoping things out, lots of sticks and rocks to throw in the water
Here comes the first canoe! All the kids (and adults later on...) got really into cheering for the canoes as they passed by...They were always on the look out for the next one, Crew was in his glory!
Oh Emery!
Kys giving Kyle some lovesSome people had a lot of fun with the race and even had some "themed" canoes
Crew is his element...Water, rocks, sticks, dirt, chair, snacks, and a crowd of people to entertain!
Some of the gang

All smiles
The helicopter kept flying over us to watch out for canoes in trouble, the river was moving really fast!
Fun fun fun!!

2 & 4 Year Appointments

Taking Brody and Crew to their doctor appointments seperately made for much better appointments! It seems like we have been to the doctor's a lot lately between well checks and being sick, it always seem to go in spurts. Good thing I just love my doctor (Bischoff) and the boys love her and the nurses too.

Crew's was interesting....You might think that since he is 4 now he can just turn it off when it needs to...Not Crew, he was wild and wanting to ask the nurse and doctor a million questions about everything. He even got to answer some questions of his own from the doctor this year, which put mom on the spot to make sure he was doing certain things, we passed! No shots for him, which he was worried about, but instead we got to do a hearing and eye sight test. Good thing the nurses are use to him by now, he was qutie commical when having to stand back and cover one eye and yell out what he saw. Everything is a game and Crew is one to always break the rules! When it came to the hearing he was pretty pumped about wearing the big head phones, but kept laughing. Fun times.

Stats: 46 lbs (>95%) and 43 inches (90%) so he still remains to be a big Cruiser Bruiser!

Brody's was full of tears... Not because he is a naughty boy, but because he was still super sick when bringing him in, he was full of tears and snot and looked like a complete mess. He had an ear infection and sinusitis, so they have him some antibiotics. Also his breathing is still bad, and even scary at nights when he gets these colds, so he is now on inhalers. Which we knew for awhile that this is something we were going to be dealing with. He is so cute taking his little puffs, I will take pictures soon I am sure. The pain of it is now he has 2 different ones, and they have to be taken 2 times a day. One more thing to add to the routine! So Brody is totally aware of his surroundings and as soon as we pull into the parking lot he automatically starts saying "no doctor, no doctor", and is so timid and scared about being there. He doesn't even like to be put on the scale or to have anyone touch him, he just clings to me. Poor Brodes! He is such a sweet little guy though, and has really been to his share of doctor visits and now he is totally scared of everything. He got 2 shots, and everything checked about really good as far as his development.

Stats: 27 lbs 6 oz (50%) and 35.5 inches (78%) Our lean mean fighting machine...He is getting real good for his size and holding his own!

Snot Galore

Enough said right? The boys have not been feeling too hot this week, not great timing with all the fun things going on, and Chris on nights. Kyler has his first double ear infection and his chest is bad, and Brodes has a yucky viral infection. So between the two of them I have been up 4-6 times a night, and more often just hearing them coughing and crying on the monitors. Crew claims he is getting sick and keeps telling me he had the "hard coughs". He actually is full of snot though too, what's new? Even if the boys aren't technically sick, we always have snot noses over here.

As we know everything is that much worse when the kids are sick. Every fight, struggle, and step they take requires much more dramatics and tears than necessary. We have a bunch of girls over here, I thought boys were suppose to be tough! Ear plugs would be nice, but really I should just be a shoulder for them to keep snotting on...

To top it off Crew stubbed his toe really bad tonight and has been crying off and on about it, he normally is pretty tough, and he keeps saying how bad his body hurts and he feels his heart. This is the worse stubbed toe I have seen, so I have his foot propped up, Scooby Doo on TV, and bunny chocolate milk, all of his favorites for my injured little Crusier!

Hopefully this weeks brings some healthier boys!

Cousin Kade

Brody got quite the birthday gift this morning with the arrival of their very first cousin, Kade Charles Price!
Auntie Julie, I like the sound of that!
Proud parents, congrats Cole and Becca, he is adorable!
Brothers and all of these boys!

Well little Kade man welcome to the family, you are going to fit just perfect and your cousins are so anxious to meet you. Things might always seem a little crazy with our family, but we will show you all the ropes. LOVE YOU!

Happy 2nd Birthday Brodes!

Happy Birthday Bo Bo's, you are such a blessing to our lives. You have definitely proven that our love can only grow with more children. You are our sweet, cuddly, sensitive, jumping bean that loves everyone around you.
You are such a good big brother
And a little lover
Our little techie, who loves to figure out how things work, and can concentrate on doing things until they are finished. Mr. Patience! You know your colors and shapes, and even identify numbers 1-10...Smarty pants!
And through all the craziness you add such a carefree and energetic presence. You know how to keep Crew in check and you are one feisty little guy and know how to compete to get your way!
If you have mastered one thing, you definitely have let Crew know that it is payback time!

Love you so much my little Brodes! Our little "doot doot"!

Car's Birthday Party

We have been gearing up for the big Car's party for awhile now. I am not sure who gets more excited the boys or me. I love being able to do something special for them, and I think I got enough pictures to capture all of the party fun! Crew was crazy all day (what's new?) and kept saying, "Let's just get this party started.." Brody kept pointing to all the decorations and yelling Cars, and kept asking for the bubbles, his favorite...It ended up being a warm sunny day, and we were lucky to share with some of our friends and family. Thanks for everyone that could make it!

I have been procrastinating on this post because of the 100 pictures I took and trying to decide which ones and upload them, so there are a lot on here! Enjoy I will not to get too detailed, the pictures say enough :)!
All the kids got to pick out tattoo's when they got to the party here are Lane and Crew's
Nana and the 2 birthday boys! We got them matching Car's mechanic shirts...
Aunt Deuce and her 3 nephews
Even Ky Ky got a tattoo
Crew thinks he is soooo funny

Love these boys

Anya, Jovie, and Joelle
My dad, Grandpa Roberts and Kakie

The new sandbox got lots of use
Sweet Jovie

Happy Birthday to Crew and Brody!! We love you!
Yay!

Ky even got some frosting from the cake, yummy!
Time to open presents
It was a little chaotic to say the least

All the boys wanted to help open

Any day baby, come on....
Cole and Emmy really took a liking to each other :)
Kys loving his time with Memi :)
The best toy invented! Punching ball balloons. All the kids got one, along with bubbles, m&m's, and a Car's cup.

Brody was all about the BUBBLES the whole night. He kept wanting to try to blow them and just made a mess out of them, his bubble container had Capri Sun in it by the end of the evening...
Once most everyone left Crew got to get the gator out and give some rides. That was their birthday gift from us, we gave it to them early and it is one of the best purchases we have made. They love it!
After the party was over I realized I did not take pictures of any of the decorations the boys were so excited about...These are not great pictures, but at least we get the idea.

I was not kidding when I said I took a TON of pictures. It turned out to be such a fun party for the boys, and a long day for us parents!

Thanks again for everyone that made this party so special, we appreciate you all! We are definitely partied out over here, but enjoying some of the very cool gifts the boys got, very spoiled boys!
